motogadget mo.switch mini push-button unit:
The mo.switch mini is a high-quality, universal push-button unit, with an attractive design, for 1-inch or 22 mm handlebar diameter. Very small and slim, yet striking with its elaborate contrast-cut design. The casing is made of CNC-machined billet aluminium, which is first anodised, then machine-finished at the edges. Three miniature buttons with a defined pressure point are located in recesses, thus giving your thumb the necessary tactile guidance. The push-buttons are splash-protected and very sturdy. The individual wires are also ready soldered and encapsulated to make them waterproof. All that is required is to drill a small hole in the handlebar for the thin cable. The 2 m long cable gives plenty of scope for installation. The two halves of the casing are secured with two stainless-steel screws. The housing is also available with a mirror-polished finish. If you intend to install more than 3 switches or switching units on one side, you can install two push-button units side-by-side, as shown in the pictures. In this way, the six buttons and symmetrical machined recesses make a really eye-catching feature. The mo.switch Mini gives your handlebar a super stylish look in combination with the mo.grip aluminium handlebar grips, or the mo.grip soft rubber version, plus the mo.blaze disc bar-end turn signals and mo.rear rear-view mirror (see "Compatible products").
In combination with an electronic push-button control device (not included), these attractive, CNC-machined units can be used to operate all electrical devices, e.g. light, turn signals, electric starter, horn, and lots more.

We recommend the motogadget mo.unit V.2 + for controlling the mo.switch push-button units. Simpler still, and with only a single outgoing cable, is push-button control via an mo.unit V.2 in combination with the motogadget mo.button (1-cable connection via BUS system, see "Compatible Products".

Stainless steel is a collective term for rustproof steel. It is much more resistant to corrosion than non-alloyed steels. Stainless steel does not deteriorate, and is hygienic, UV-resistant, non-corroding, fracture-proof, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It does not weather and can be recycled in its entirety, even after many years. Technically, the term "stainless steel" refers to corrosion-resistant steel alloys with a wide variety of compositions but always containing a high percentage of chromium (usually a minimum of 10.5%)

MAINTENANCE:
Stainless steel should be cleaned regularly like all other materials, especially after exposure to salty air (near the coast), and also at regular intervals.
Water can easily collect in corners, edges and screw connections, resulting in corrosion. So careful cleaning is important, and if necessary screws should be undone in order to clean the parts thoroughly.
Do not leave rusty steel parts against stainless steel to avoid the rust "contamination".

1. After installing the product, and each time you wash your motorbike, apply a wax-based care product, e.g. Procycle Polishing Wax, Order no. 10004923 for protection against wind and weather. You may need to repeat the application after an outing in winter weather, rain or salty air (near the coast).
2. Remove any corrosion as soon as possible using a standard aluminium polish (e.g. Autosol Aluminium Polish, Order no. 10004421).
