GILLES-TOOLING "SHORT" bar ends:
Short, straight handlebars are especially prone to fine vibration, which detracts from your enjoyment of the ride and contributes to wear on the fittings and levers. Elegant, milled Gilles bar ends made from AL 2007 aluminium effectively kill the annoying vibration and also enhance the look of your bike. With an M18 x 1.5 thread, compatible with Gilles sports stump handlebar systems "variobar", "gp.light" and "gp.superlight". Weight of the short version: 25 g each.
The also available "long" bar ends can also be used to extend the Gilles clip-on handlebars by 20 mm. Comes per pair.

To ensure that it gives you years of pleasure, please observe the following instructions: To keep this product in top condition, it should be treated after long trips in winter, or in rain or salty air (near the coast), and also at periodic intervals.
Water and salt encourage corrosion. After cleaning (e.g. with Procycle Special Gel Cleaner, Order no. 10004909), we recommend regularly polishing aluminium parts with standard aluminium polish (e.g. Alu-Magic, Order no. 10004031).
