KRIEGA OS-BASE DIRTBIKE MOUNTING SYS. OS PANNIERS
For your adventure trip with a dirt bike or an enduro, you can make good use of specially designed bags and a special fastening system. We like to call this "real" adventure luggage. Kriega offers the *Overlander System* (OS), an innovative, modular luggage series that allows you to adapt your luggage to your trips - from one-day single trails to longer adventure trips, everything is possible. The Kriega *OS-Base Dirtbike* mounting system is an "over-the-seat harness" for attaching Kriega *OS-6*, *OS-12* or *OS-18 Adventure Packs* without the need for metal frames or racks. This system is the durable, lightweight carrying solution that requires only minor body modifications. Matching hardware provides the flexibility to mount a one-, two- or three-pack setup depending on how you ride. Fixed length straps make installation quick and easy, and the custom shape provides a snug, secure fit with plenty of clearance from the exhaust. It takes less than a minute to fit and just a few seconds to remove.

Scope of delivery:
- 2 x Kriega *OS-Dirtbike rings* attach to the motorbike frame near the footpegs. These rings remain on the motorbike. When the *OS-Base* is not in use, the rings are an easily accessible fastening solution for the front straps.
- 4 x Kriega *OS-Racks Loops* are the 4 points to hook onto for a standalone Kriega *OS-Packs* or *US-Drypacks*. In conjunction with the additional loops on the Kriega *OS-Base*, they provide various attachment points for a 3 x bag arrangement. The rear 2 x *OS-Rack loops* provide a strong and secure attachment for the rear straps.
- 1 x Kriega *Silicone heat shield*. This provides a secure barrier on the exhaust. It is attached to the muffler with the two cable ties supplied.

Dom Longman and Michael Cottam are the fathers of the Kriega brand. The motorcycle-mad product designers were already working in the outdoor industry when they joined forces in 2000 to design the optimal luggage for their own tours. The two had very clear priorities: Function always comes first. Appearance and pricing are secondary. Such a philosophy naturally has consequences: Luggage systems from Kriega are certainly not cheap - but they are definitely good value. The quality of materials and workmanship then also puts the purchase costs into perspective. In addition, there are many possible combinations of the individual parts, which fit together neatly. By the way: US at Kriega stands for Universal System and OS for Overlander System. The latter is specially designed for particularly tough off-road use. Kriega's sophisticated concept didn't just convince us. The company, based a few miles south of Liverpool, now sells its bags, backpacks and fastening systems in over 40 countries.
