Pinlock visor compatible with the following Arai helmet:

Pinlock visors - the Pinlock system offers optimal protection against the problem of your visor fogging up. An anti-fog Pinlock visor insert (not included) attaches to the prepared Pinlock outer visor by means of two small pins. The airtight space between insert and visor ensures clear vision, thereby significantly enhancing road safety.
Safety first! Never ride with a scratched or cloudy visor. At night, in particular, scratches and scrapes reflect street lighting and/or oncoming headlights, causing dazzle. Rain can make this problem even worse. Never wear a dark visor when riding at night. Replace a worn visor in good time. On a touring holiday, always take a spare visor with you.
IMPORTANT: The Pinlock visor insert is not included.

Arai embodies the typically Japanese pursuit of perfection like almost no other company. Founder, Hirotake Arai, was actually a hat maker, but he also happened to be a motorcycle rider, and in the 1950s he developed his first helmets. His son and successor, Michio Arai, took over in 1976, and made Arai synonymous with putting safety at the heart of everything. His obsession with detail and pursuit of quality still shape each individual helmet to this very day. That includes everything from the super-smooth shape to the extra-strong shells, exclusive use of double 'D' fasteners and adjustable cheek and temple padding. So, of course, a helmet from Arai never comes cheap. But worth every penny.
